For too long, senior care has operated in silos. Families are forced to be their own project managers—juggling a home care agency for bathing, an attorney for the estate, and a doctor for medical data. In the middle of this noise is a senior who just wants to live with dignity and a family that just wants to be a family again.
I founded Angel Heart because "care" shouldn't stop at the front door. We realized that while a caregiver can provide a meal, they often can't catch a three-day trend in vital signs that predicts a hospital visit. We built the firm we wish our own families had:
