  • ​Case Details: Information related to our 5 Pillars of Advocacy (Clinical history, Residential needs, Financial oversight, etc.) shared during scouting calls or consultations.

  • ​Technical Data: Standard website analytics (IP addresses/cookies) to help improve your experience on our site.

​We use your information strictly to help facilitate your services. This includes:

  • ​Coordinating with our office-based Advocates.

  • ​Matching your family with the appropriate professionals in our Caregiver Pool.

  • ​Ensuring the "Quarterback" has the most accurate data to oversee your case.

  • ​Note: Angel Heart never sells, rents, or trades your personal data to third-party marketers.
