The Company provides the following Basic Services which are designed to support, extend and enhance the quality of life of our clients so that they may be as productive and active as they wish to be during their “sunset years”. Our Basic Services include those services listed below.

Most if not all of us plan for retirement; but few of us plan for that period when we start to demonstrate a diminished capacity to perform one or more of the activities of daily life (or "ADL's). This is why.... it all starts with an in-depth evaluation of the client/patient with respect to the following:

Once completed, we devise a care plan that is tailored to the specific needs, interests, abilities and limitations of the client. As discussed previously, we offer our Basic Services (described below)at an hourly or flat fee rate that is competitive for the relevant marketplace. In addition, we offer flexible scheduling, and the customization of care based upon these specific needs and objectives of the client (following evaluation). Finally, we offer a 24-hour hotline for emergencies and support during regular normal business hours.

Preservation of Dignity Through Personalized Care
Local Errand Running (consisting of grocery shopping and simple banking)
Day-to-day care (consisting of meal preparation (incl. advanced nutrition plans), light cleaning and laundry, etc.)
Daily Recreation and Exercise (Yoga/Pilates, Weight-lifting, Speed Walking, Aerobics, etc.)
Local Transportation (i.e. our caregivers are available to take our patients to medical appointment and social visits.)

As part of our Basic Services, Angel Heart offers certain additional benefits as part of our "Quality of Life" initiative, which may include periodic collegiate athlete "special appearances" at our Board and Care facilities or our field trips to various events and points of interest throughout the U.S. Our goal is make the lives of our client/patients "special and memorable" from day one.
The Angel Heart Service Tiers
We don't believe in "one size fits all." Every Angel Heart caregiver is trained in specific clinical tracks, overseen by our 360° Advocacy team.
1. Companion & Wellness Care
Best for: Seniors who are independent but need a "safety net" and social engagement.
Focus: Socialization, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
Advocacy Integration: Weekly wellness reports and basic home-safety monitoring.
Price Point: $35 – $45 per hour (Based on a 20-hour weekly minimum).
2. Personal Care & ADL Support
Best for: Seniors needing hands-on help with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs).
Focus: Bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, and medication reminders.
Advocacy Integration: Monthly "4Ms" clinical audits and coordination with Primary Care Physicians.
Price Point: $45 – $55 per hour.
3. Specialized Memory Care (Alzheimer’s & Dementia)
Best for: Those experiencing cognitive decline who require a secure, high-engagement environment.
Focus: "Validation Therapy" techniques, wandering prevention, and cognitive stimulation exercises.
Advocacy Integration: The Five Pillars of Advocacy, plus advanced ambient sensing (AI fall/exit detection) and regular "Mentation" assessments for the family.
Price Point: $55 – $70 per hour.
4. 24/7 "Peace of Mind" Care
Best for: High-acuity needs or families who require a constant professional presence.
Focus: Round-the-clock supervision with shift-based care teams.
Advocacy Integration: Full 360° "Quarterback" service including The Five Pillars of Advocacy,
Price Point: $1,000 – $1,500+ per day (Flat rate based on acuity).

Note on Pricing: These rates are estimates for the 2026 market. Final rates are determined following your 360° Baseline Assessment, where we evaluate the complexity of the clinical and advocacy needs.
Privacy & Confidentiality: Because we operate at the intersection of Clinical, Financial, and Legal advocacy, we manage your family's sensitive information with the same rigor as a high-level law or fiduciary firm. For families who require an uncompromising standard of service, our Platinum Elite Care offers a fully integrated, white-glove solution. This is not simply home care; it is Lifestyle Preservation. At this level, Angel Heart serves as your Chief Care Consultants, deploying a dedicated team tailored to the specific complexities of the client’s wellness and personal preferences. From managing intricate care logistics to providing high-level advocacy that ensures every resource is utilized with precision, our Platinum Elite Care is designed for those who demand the finest oversight and unlimited support, without compromise.
Companionship (i.e. our caregivers are available to our patients for simple companionship... to play a game, or to go for a walk.)
Hygiene/Personal Care (i.e. our caregivers will assist with bathing and other hygiene care and personal maintenance.)
